Returns are possible within 14 days after package is received. The following information is required to process your exchange/refund request:


1. the products must be in their original condition with original labels and tags.
2. the packaging must be undamaged and in its original condition.
3. The returned goods must not show any signs of use. 

4. The return must include a return form. Download the return form HERE:   


Unfortunately, if the returned goods do not meet these conditions, we cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse to return any goods if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


Always check if your package has a Track & Trace code. Without proof of postage with a track and trace code, lost returns will not be refunded. Sending your return by post without a track & trace code is at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of the return, including any customs charges: return costs are not reimbursed.
If the package is in "Lost in Transit" status, we are not responsible for returning it.

Please note that shipping back to China may result in high costs (around €15-25).

As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you by email of the receipt of the return. We will refund the purchase price to your account within a few days of processing your return.
Unfortunately, products that meet one or more of the following conditions cannot be returned:
A. For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
B. Made by the dealer to the consumer's specifications (customization).
C. Which are clearly personal in nature.
D. Which by their nature cannot be returned.
E. Products such as lingerie, underwear, pantyhose and toiletries are not covered by the returns policy. The reason for this is hygiene. These products can therefore not be returned and will not be processed.
F. Products must be returned within 14 days of arrival.

Cancellation of orders
You can only cancel your order 5 minutes after you have placed your order. After 5 minutes, our orders are stopped in processing and a cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible afterwards.
